Esnips has some great stuff on, and I’ve just found this 23 page e-book of Bill Evans solos – includes Waltz for Debby, Time Remembered, My Bells, Interplay, Fudgsicle Built for Four and Very Early. Not sure whether these are transcribed solo’s off actual recordings, but for pianists these will be great if you looking to play these tunes as Bill played them.
I’ve just found this impressive 72 page ebook: which has several transcriptions of Sonny Rollins and – even better – has an analysis of the great man’s playing. There is a link to download the pdf at the bottom of the page if you wish. Grab it while its there is my advice….

Thought it was about time I got round to publishing on of my Spotify playlists. Criss Cross - one of the very best labels at pushing out TOP contemporary jazz - is one of the labels using Spotify, which means there's a mass of great jazz from names such as Eric Alexander, Wycliffe Gordon, Jim Rotondi, Seamus Blake, David Hazeltine, etc etc. Anyway, check out my playlist here.
